If the original purchaser of a new Rain Bird consumer product purchased directly from Rain Bird, an authorized retailer, or an authorized reseller is not satisfied for any reason, the purchaser may return the product to the seller within a reasonable time after purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the original recipient of the product as a gift. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee. Except as expressly provided above, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
