For plants with differing water needs, consider using a combination of drippers and micro bubblers. These handy devices allow fine-tuning of flow rates for the most precise watering customization. For drippers, select low flow-rate types (1.0 GPH) for plants that need less than 1 gallon of water per week after the early stages. Use higher flow-rate drippers (2.0 GPH or 4.0 GPH) for plants that need more water.
Barbed end secures a leak-proof connection. A self-piercing barb allows for direct insertion into the side of 1/2" or larger drip irrigation tubing. Simply insert by hand, or for faster installation use Rain Bird’s Tubing Cutter/Hole Punch Combo Tool (sold separately). Twist off the flag top for fast, easy cleaning.
The emitter can be inserted directly into the side of the 1/2" distribution tubing. The emitter’s sharp barb makes this easy to do by hand.
Emitters are color-coded for easy identification when setting up or repairing your system: black (1 GPH), blue (2 GPH) and green (4 GPH).

If the original purchaser of a new Rain Bird consumer product purchased directly from Rain Bird, an authorized retailer, or an authorized reseller is not satisfied for any reason, the purchaser may return the product to the seller within a reasonable time after purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
