This warranty is extended only to the original end-user purchaser or the original recipient of the product as a gift. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or transferee. Except as expressly provided above, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
