The following standard shipping/handling charges are for FedEx Service for the U.S. only, and are determined by total weight of the order:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. (PST), except on major holidays. 
  • Orders are shipped via FedEx GROUND within two business days (please allow for 1-5 day transit time) if items are in stock.
  • At this time, Rain Bird is only able to accept orders within the United States. International orders, including Canada can not be accepted on the Rain Bird online store.
  • FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide street delivery address for shipment.
  • For all shipping methods (Ground, Second Day and Standard Overnight), FedEx will deliver on Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.
  • Rain Bird Corporation and FedEx are not responsible for bad weather conditions.

Returns

To cancel an order you have placed with the Rain Bird Online Store, you must contact customer support by email at OLSOrderCancel@rainbird.com or by phone (877) 727-8772.

 

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number and your contact information.

 

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

We will gladly accept returns of products that are unused and in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase (we do not accept returns of used product).

 

To ensure you receive full credit, please:

 

1. Securely package the product to be returned or exchanged, along with a copy of your receipt and a copy of the packing list.

 

2. Send your package by a traceable method.

 

3. Be sure your package in insured and shipping is paid; we do not accept COD or “Bill Recipient” packages.

 

4. For exchanges, please be sure to include what you wish to exchange your items for.  Your exchanged item will ship via FedEx Ground.

 

5. If you have used the product and you believe it to be defective, please call customer service at (877) 727-8772 to receive instructions and a return authorization number.
