Shipping and Delivery

The Rain Bird Online Store offers free ground shipping (FedEx SmartPost) on all orders over $85. This offer does not include valve boxes or tubing and is available only to the contiguous United States. Please ensure your shipping address is servicable by the USPS.

Same-day shipping on orders via FedEx Standard Overnight or 2-day must be placed before 9:00 AM Pacific Time.

All orders ship via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2-day. Currently the Rain Bird Online Store does not ship outside of the United States. Shipments to P.O. Box addresses must be sent Ground.

Shipping rates vary based on distance, weight and the shipping method selected (e.g. Standard Overnight). Final shipping fees and tax (if applicable) will be calculated during checkout.

Return Policy

Rain Bird is committed to making your shopping experience a success.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unused merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Please call 877.727.8772 to obtain an RGA number before you return any items to Rain Bird. A mailing address and additional instructions will be emailed to you after calling for your RGA number.
